The 4808 Precision Multifunction Calibrator is intended for high performance meter calibration and general use that requires high precision voltage, current and resistance calibration. Its configurable platform allows single, mixed or multifunction capability; the applicable mode depends on the options fitted. The 4808 calibrator can be configured as a single function dc voltage or ac voltage calibrator, with options that provide a flexible choice of configurations - from dc or ac voltage only, to full-function ac/dc voltage, ac/dc current and resistance. The ability of the 4808 to provide single or mixed function configurations allows it to be cost effective in precision sourcing applications. When configured with the internal high voltage option, the 4808 can provide a true single-box solution for applications requiring high voltage at high frequencies up to 2x10 7 V/Hz where a separate power amplifier is not appropriate.
